Aliso Woods – 5 Oaks Mountain Bike Trail

This is a video from a day out mountain biking in Aliso Woods Park on Aliso Viejo California. You’ll have the excuse the mediocre riding as I’m still recovering from an injury. I suffered a puncture (pencil eraser sized) about 3-4 minutes in and had to try and pump the tire up to make it to the bottom and put a tube in.
